A grant and award-winning producer, director, master choreographer, and educator, I have performed and lectured all over the world.  A graduate of Indiana University, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dance from the Department of Kinesiology in 2007. In 2019 Carnegie Mellon University bestowed my Master of Entertainment Technology degree; a joint degree conferred by Carnegie Mellon’s School of Computer Science (CS) and the College of Fine Arts (MFA).

I began my career as a child performer at the Silver Dollar City theme park in Branson, Missouri. Performing in front of thousands of guests in the Echo Hollow Show imbedded a lifelong desire to provide engaging, dynamic entertainment for diverse audiences.

I have performed at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN, and was a performer with Walt Disney World Entertainment from 2008 – 2012; cast in many different parades, shows, special events, and tapings.  Videos of my work went “viral” with views on YouTube and Facebook well over 120 Million.

An inductee of the All-Star Clogging Hall of Fame, I served on the Board of Directors for the National Clogging Organization since 2012. In 2019 I was elected as the Chairman of the Board. I founded the Indiana Dance Conservatory (now Indiana Dance Company) in 2010 providing the Artistic Direction until 2015, winning 20 National Championship and 56 Overall titles while directing performances across the country.

I worked at Indiana University from 2010 - 2015 as an Adjunct Lecturer for both the Department of Theatre, Drama and Contemporary Dance, and the Department of Kinesiology.  Instructing over 1,000 students during my tenure there, courses taught include; Hip Hop Dance, Contemporary / Modern Dance, Ballroom and Social Dance, Irish Dance, and Teaching of Dance Activities.

From 2015 - 2017, I was the Dance Captain aboard the Showboat Branson Belle in Branson, Missouri with the percussive dance group RHYTHM.  Averaging over 400 shows a season, I was responsible for maintaining consistent show quality of a cast of nine. I also wrote and produced seasonal content for a new show offering.

I was the guest presenter at the ECTA conference in Germany June 2016, lecturing on my unique technique to dance educators from across Europe.

Currently, I serve on the Themed Entertainment Association Eastern North America Board of Directors. I also am a member of the TEA NextGen committee and on the Communication Task Force. As a former president of the Themed Entertainment Association NextGen University Club at Carnegie Mellon, I am sympathetic to the needs of NextGen clubs and members new to the industry.

I enjoy developing interactive storytelling experiences across all mediums. I am always looking for opportunities to share my love of performance mixed with technological innovation.
